Moto: Work with Nature
Why I do what I do? I love to help. I always get a kick out of seeing my clients happy faces, after they experience the feeling of relief from pain and stiffness.
I am a graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Northern Virginia Community College. I have been involved with Massage most of my life. I remember giving my Mom and Dad back massages as a small child. After becoming a parent, I remember providing massage to my two sons as infants. Massage helped to comfort and calm them before bed. My massages were also welcomed after sporting events and before bed as they grew into tall active teenagers.
I'm trained in the administration of Deep Tissue, Swedish, Athletic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular, Hot Stone, some Active Isolated Stretching, Oncology massage and Spinal Reflex Therapy. I simply loved my classes at Northern Virginia Community College. The Massage Therapy Program is very demanding and provides each student with extensive hands on experience. Each instructor was committed to the program and challenged each student to excel.
I love providing DEEP Tissue Massage to people who desire to loosen tight muscles, increase their range of motion and enjoy the unique sensation of muscle release.
